Siamo arrivati alla scadenza del mandato del Presidente Giangrandi, tra gli obiettivi che ha raggiunto c’è il non aver richiesto e resi pubblici le dichiarazioni dei redditi e lo stato patrimoniale dei consiglieri provinciali e della Giunta in barba alla legge del 5 luglio 1982 n. 441, allo Statuto della Provincia di Ravenna e al Regolamento Provinciale n. 3/1994, tutti i comuni della provincia compreso quello di Ravenna vi hanno ottemperato Giangrandi mai. Un adempimento che il nostro gruppo ha sempre richiesto fin dal 2006, con interpellanze, ordine del giorno, sempre elusi. Dal mese di novembre il capogruppo Galassini ha tempestato con tre lettere raccomandate il Presidente e gli uffici, come risulta dalla documentazione allegata; in data 9.12.2010 è finalmente pervenuta una risposta del dirigente del settore Support processes, dr.
