the lilies of the '44 - documentary film about the citizens of Teramo by the nazi-fascists



Presented September 24, 2010 on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of the Battle of Bosco Martese in a Multipurpose Room of the Province Teramo full of students and citizens, this audiovisual intended to commemorate the last day of the war in Teramo, June 13, 1944.

The main purpose that the 'Association Our Teramo, creator and producer of the documentary film, wanted to achieve is to provide a historical city of Teramo moemoria proposing, as possible events and characters through the direct testimony of survivors and witnesses of the events, placing them in places where the same occurred. Despite some inconsistencies

La ricostruzione della giornata è stata possibile anche grazie alla ricerca analitica fatta dal prof. Lucio Cancellieri , sfociata nella pubblicazione del libro " Teramo 13 giugno 1944 - L'eccidio " edito da Demian, prodotto da Teramo Nostra e presentato il 13 giugno 2010.

Il 13 giugno, giorno di Sant'Antonio, corre il 66° anniversario della liberazione di Teramo e dell'efferata fucilazione.
